The Ministry of Roads and Highways is responsible for the formulation of policies, planning, development and maintenance of road infrastructure in Ghana. The Ministry oversees the Ghana Highway Authority (GHA), the Department of Urban Roads (DUR) and the Department of Feeder Roads (DFR).
