He has over 20 years of experience in providing technical support towards institutional strengthening to public sector institutions in Ghana, including ESIs. Kofi Asare, [BA Hons, MA (UCC), LLB (London)], Doctoral Candidate (Lincoln MY)], and has worked in various capacities in Policy Support, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Governance and Change Management on USAID and World Bank projects, aimed at institutional strengthening in the areas of skills development, education de-centralisation and justice reforms.
